About Marrufo
Marrufo opened in 2021 in a historic premises on Calle Noviciado that for years had been home to the legendary Casa Candi, a much-loved bar in Malasaña. The space was transformed whilst retaining that traditional bar atmosphere, with the aim of creating a warm and welcoming place, almost like a home for those who visit.
The menu focuses on classic cocktails, with a particular emphasis on agave spirits such as mezcal and tequila. The list features both classic and signature cocktails; among the most popular are the Naked and Famous, El Diablo, Alma de Cántaro and the Electric Güera Acid Test.
